Linda was fabulous in all aspects of helping my elderly father and me navigate the process of selling his home. If I could give her more stars, I would! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and professional, but personal and caring. She is conscientious and has a strong work ethic. Linda is an excellent communicator and responds promptly to all concerns and questions. She takes the most complex details and explains them in understandable terms. My father and I are deeply appreciative of everything she has done in facilitating the sale of his home. I highly recommend Linda Wunner!

I met Linda several months before my home was actually listed. She was extremely willing and eager to help. In addition to that she was very patient during the long waiting period. I was in the process of relocating to North Carolina and had not yet retired so this project was moving very slowly. Linda didn’t pressure me in any way but just stayed in touch and offered to assist in any way she could. Finally the day came to list my home which was 75 miles away from Linda’s residence. We set up the appts, she took great pictures, got it listed and had a contract in less than two weeks. Linda clearly enjoys her work and it was a pleasure to work with her.
